3. Can I book an airport shuttle if I am traveling standby?
   Yes, we recommend calling ahead to make a reservation and informing our dispatcher that you are traveling standby. If your plans change, please notify us immediately so we can update your reservation.
4. What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
   Customers are responsible for all reservations made. No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a minimum $35.00 fee.

Booking & Payment

1. Can I book an airport shuttle for someone else?
   Yes, you can make a reservation for another person. However, you will be responsible for the fare unless otherwise arranged.
2. Do you accept credit cards for airport shuttle service?
   Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
3. Do you offer discounts for seniors, military, or kamaʻāina?
   We do not offer special discounts, as we provide the same competitive flat rates to all customers.

Travel Expenses

1. How much should I tip my airport shuttle driver?
   Gratuities are appreciated and typically range from 15% to 20%, similar to restaurant service, depending on your experience.
2. Can I bring a wheelchair on the airport shuttle?
   Folding wheelchairs can be accommodated at no additional charge. However, our vehicles are not equipped with lifts for motorized wheelchairs.
3. Do children or infants ride free on the airport shuttle?
   No, each passenger occupies a seat and is included in the fare.
4. Is smoking allowed in the shuttle?
   No, smoking and drinking are not permitted in our vehicles to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers.
