Customer Testimonials

First timer from Ewa Beach to the Airport. Cheaper than parking at the airport for 7 days, being dropped off up front and not having to have to drag 6 luggage to our car after a long flight was fabulous!

Our Alaska flight home 7a got cancelled, we got rebooked at 6:35p and delayed to 8:45p. Arrived home at 12midnight instead of the original 12noon and they were right there ready and waiting. I called to reserve 4 months ahead and was a little worried since I did not get any email confirmations or updates. When I called 2 days before our flight, they confirmed they had it and they were there to answer my multiple calls from Vegas with the numerous changes. Definitely using this every single time!

ighly recommend this service. Price is absolutely fair. Drivers are reliable and extremely friendly. We booked a round trip from Kaneohe to HNL and both drives were excellent. The drivers were incredibly friendly and were on-time. The communication was excellent. Honestly, it was a little odd that we didn't get a confirmation email. However, the drivers were on-time and knew exactly where to go for both trips. There were no questions, no mishaps, no complications. It's nice to have a reliable shuttle service to book end your trip!

Great communication from start to end, both via email and phone conversation. I forgot that I gave my husband's phone number instead of mine so was frantic when we got to pickup but didn't get text from driver so I called and was reassured of which driver and van was coming. We had Chris both for drop off and pick up, very careful driver and so personable and informative regarding our destination trip and tips for travel. Comfortable ride to and from! Clean van as well! Thank you Chris! Was a little worried about using a shuttle service but Aloha Airport Shuttle is a great service for locals. Stay blessed and continue the excellent service!

Jay was super easy to get in touch with to arrange a pickup for my company's award luncheon . I called and sent an email and received a quick reply, he provided a quote, pickup instructions, was on time and had a great personality upon arrival. He and his team brought 9 of the employees from the HNL airport to our meeting in Nu'uanu for about $100. We will definitely be using Aloha Airport Shuttle again :)

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! It was our first time using this company but everything went smoothly. Husband called to schedule a pick up from our house to the airport at 5:00am. Driver came on time and she drove us safely to the airport. Would definitely use this service again.

We have used them a total of 4 times now and they are awesome. Our driver has always been at the airport the moment the plane lands and when we depart they are on time. The drivers are safe and courteous as well.
